How can graduates develop the mindset, behaviours and capabilities needed to succeed in a rapidly changing workplace?

Ronnie Mulaudzi is Head of Organisational Development at Hulamin Limited and an advocate for strategic capability building and development in the modern workplace. With more than 18 years of corporate experience, he has extensive expertise in talent management, leadership development, operations and organisational transformation across multiple sectors.

He holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Unisa. He is also a certified Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) practitioner and was the winner of the Standard Bank Rising Star Award for 2015. He currently serves on Unisa’s Advisory Board Committee for Industrial and Organisational Psychology, helping to shape educational programmes for tomorrow’s workforce.

He previously served as a non-executive director of Pikitup, a municipal entity of the City of Johannesburg, and as Chair of its Social, Ethics, HR and Remuneration Committee.

Having navigated career transitions across consulting, retail, manufacturing and corporate leadership roles, Ronnie understands the evolving demands of 21st-century careers. His expertise in graduate development programmes, workforce planning and talent development, combined with his own career journey from university graduate to seasoned executive, provides valuable insights for young professionals charting their career paths in today’s dynamic work environment.
