Prof Busisiwe Alant

I am an Associate Professor of Technology Education in the Science and Technology Education Cluster in the School of Education at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Edgewood Campus). I have served the past +/-20 years as an academic at UKZN. I hold a PhD in Physics Education (University of the Western Cape) and a Masters in Science Education (University of Durban-Westville – Cum Laude). I am a former Chief Editor and Associate Editor (Technology Education) of the African Journal of Research in Mathematics, Science and Technology Education (AJRMSTE: 2019-2021-2)

Prof Jo Anna Reed Johnson

Associate Professor Jo Anna Reed Johnson is the School Director of Climate and Sustainability at the Institute of Education, University of Reading in the UK. She became passionate about sustainability through a systems thinking approach having completed her Masters in Innovative Manufacturing: Sustainability and Design at Cranfield University in 2003, after which she went on to complete her PhD in Education for Sustainable Development at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK and Rhodes University, South Africa in 2009. 

Prof Lesley Le Grange

Lesley Le Grange is Distinguished Professor in the Faculty of Education at Stellenbosch University. He holds the following qualifications: BSc (UWC), HDE (PG)sec, BA, BEd, MEd cum laude (UCT) and a PhD (SU). He started his professional career as a high school science teacher and during this time also served as Head of Department of Biology and acting Deputy Principal. Prior to his appointment to a full-time academic position at Stellenbosch University in 1999, he was a part-time lecturer at different universities, a contract researcher and freelance educational consultant.
