The gallery is meant to be a temporary art exhibition, therefore British freedom of panorama exemption cannot be applied.

  • Pictogram voting comment.svg Comment Please elaborate. Are you saying the building was torn down after the exhibit, or are you claiming that the red color was temporary, and because it could be seen from outside, there's a copyright problem? -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 21:13, 4 December 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
  • Retain -This was not an art exhibition at all, but a temporary piece of architecture created by Jean Nouvel who is an architect not an artist. Ardfern (talk) 06:08, 5 December 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
    • Pictogram voting comment.svg Comment It is meant to be architectures. However, it is in a non-permanent format, so cannot take advantage of FOP, and they violated Jean Nouvel's copyright. (It doesn't matter to call Jean Nouvel an artist or an architect). --A1Cafel (talk) 07:39, 5 December 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Symbol keep vote.svg Keep all bar one: CDPA s62 applies to all buildings, whether or not they're permanently situated. Buildings fall under 62(1)(a), but the condition about being permanently situated in a public place or premises open to the public only applies to the kinds of work listed in 62(1)(b). Section 4 says that "“building” includes any fixed structure". From the photos this looks like a building or other fixed structure, so it falls under 62(1)(a) and is covered by FOP whether or not it's permanent. The only exception is File:Serpentine Gallery Pavilion, London, July 2010 (23).JPG, which looks like a violation in the copyright in a literary work and should be Symbol delete vote.svg deleted. --bjh21 (talk) 16:11, 6 December 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
