File:Postbox in Leadgate, Allendale - geograph.org.uk - 1230223.jpg[edit]

Suspected hoax of Geograph, which has propagated to Commons. This is a photograph of a Hungarian post box, with Hungarian text on a wall behind. The idea that it was a temporary installation in Northumberland in 2008 is not credible. The second photo appears to be a poor photo editing fake, and doesn't even match the first image.  Delete: I agree, and note that both pictures were submitted to Geograph on 1st April 2009. --bjh21 (talk) 18:18, 18 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Weak keep: We can still keep the first image as one of a Hungarian post box - but we need to find out where it was taken, or at least remove the references to the UK. The second one is a montage, as far as I can judge, and can IMHO go. --Schlosser67 (talk) 11:45, 23 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: all. We don't have reliable info on actual location, and source claim suspect. --Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 18:32, 28 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
