ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The B-BBEE MDP is an initiative of the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic) to provide a standardised national curriculum for the B-BBEE verification industry. Unisa’s Graduate School of Business Leadership is one of only two institutions selected to partner with the dtic to deliver this programme. The target group is existing or prospective B-BBEE verifiers, B-BBEE consultants, private and public practitioners. This programme equips candidates with the tools and knowledge to work within the provisions of the B-BBEE Act 53 of 2003 and its various legislative updates, as well as other relevant policies. Qualified candidates would be suited to various positions in the B-BBEE space or to practise as Verification Professionals.
