Derivative work of the drawing on the sign. Freedom of panorama in the UK doesn't cover graphic works like drawings, so this is a copyright violation. I think the bishop in the picture may be Desmond Tutu, which would obviously make the picture too new to be out of copyright. bjh21 (talk) 09:24, 27 June 2021 (UTC)
