Probably copyright violation, requires permission from the mural artist, no freedom of panorama for murals in the UK, see COM:FOP UK Verbcatcher (talk) 21:42, 30 June 2020 (UTC)

  • Symbol keep vote.svg Keep Obvious keep under UK FOP law as a "work of artistic craftsmanship". See COM:FOP UK Andy Dingley (talk) 23:00, 30 June 2020 (UTC)
    • COM:FOP UK says The freedom provided by Section 62 does not apply to graphic works - such as a mural or poster - even if they are permanently located in a public place. These cannot be uploaded to Commons without a licence from the copyright holder. Verbcatcher (talk) 23:08, 30 June 2020 (UTC)
  • COM:FOP does not define the law (Commons really needs to start accepting that Commons policy does not define law!). The Act itself is clear, although open to interpretation.[1] Case law is very clear that graphic works may still be covered by FOP, provided that they are "works of artistic craftsmanship" (and accessible). Also such case law has clearly covered works like this, regarding a painting involving both art and craft skills, as being such a work. Andy Dingley (talk) 01:02, 1 July 2020 (UTC)
@Andy Dingley: Ooh, is there some UK FOP case law? Any chance you can provide a link or a citation? --bjh21 (talk) 12:26, 1 July 2020 (UTC)
  • @Andy Dingley: Commons policy does not define the law but it does define what can be kept in Commons. If COM:FOP UK is misconceived then please raise this in the appropriate forum. Verbcatcher (talk) 14:01, 1 July 2020 (UTC)

The same considerations apply to the following. My apologies for not nominating these as a batch, I was working incrementally.
