Derived works of presumably copyrighted sculptures. Freedom of panorama in the UK doesn't apply to temporary exhibitions.

  • Symbol delete vote.svg Delete Yes, please delete all. I originally uploaded many of the above in good faith, but I was not as knowledgeable in FoP matters back then. I now agree they should be deleted from Commons for the reason given and I have since copied all affected images to my personal website. Images from the same category have already previously been deleted. These are just the ones that remain on Commons. Thanks Rept0n1x (talk) 10:44, 16 October 2013 (UTC)

No freedom of panorama in the UK for graphic or temporary works. Large sculptures were delivered to various people to paint. These artpieces were displayed in public, but then are sold off as a charity thing, making them temporary installations, which are not covered by UK FOP. The paintings on the sculptures also count as graphic works - separable from the sculpture - and these are also not covered by UK FOP. I have not nominated any images where I believe the individual artworks count as de minimis.
