Contacting me[edit]

大家好小弟是維基共享資源的管理員,大家有問題需要幫忙時就可以在這裡留言。

Hi I'm an admin here on Commons, if you need help please add a section on my talk page and I'll do my best to help, even if the only thing that I can do is to point you in the direction of someone better able.

If English is not your first language, then feel free to post in your own language or any language you feel comfortable in, I will make it my job for me to try and understand you, not yours to make yourselves understood.

About me[edit]

I'm a contributer from West London known as User:KTo288 on English Wikipedia, and elsewhere. I can usually puzzle out the gist of the Germanic and Romance languages, and can sort of read Japanese from being able to read Kanji from knowing traditional Hànzì). I have to admit to being something of an anorak, with an interest in machinery and machines of all kinds, of trains, planes and military hardware.

I originally started my account on Commons to upload original images for use on Wikipedia, however began to spend time identifying subjects, and adding descriptions and categories to images, as a break from Wikipedia, and now spend most of my time here. There is something strangley addictive sorting through the latest uncategorised images and trying to help categorise them, though the task sometimes seems to be an upward one.

I did have an alternative account registered under User:KTo228, for use with shared machines.
