404 error message when accessing the Unisa Library e-resources

There is an 404 error message displaying when users access the Unisa Library e-resources. As a contingency measure to enable access, please follow the steps below:  

• On the 404 error page, click the browser back button  and choose the e-resource link again.
• If the back button is not active, close the 404 error page and choose the e-resource link again.

Another challenge that might be encountered is an incorrect redirect to the Library catalogue page instead of the chosen e-resource. In this case, please follow the same procedure as with the above 404 error.

The matter is being investigated.
