SA star Percy Tau obtains BCom degree

Bafana Bafana star forward, Percy Tau, has confirmed that he recently joined an elite club by obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce degree.

The 25-year-old, on-loan to Royal Union Saint-Gilloise from Brighton & Hove Albion, first revealed on Twitter that he had indeed completed his degree.

“I’m very proud to have completed my degree. I know mama is very excited and can’t wait for my graduation. #Bcom” Tau wrote.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns star then took to Twitter to share a snap of himself looking dapper in his graduation regalia, as he graduated from Unisa.

He joins the likes of Thabo Mnyamane, Siboniso Gaxa and Xola Mlambo all of whom have obtained university degrees

Tau has been included in Stuart Baxter’s preliminary 28-man AFCON squad.
