On arriving at the Durban campus, students are directed by protection services to a designated waiting area, where student administration staff explain the process to them. Small staff groups can be seen engaged in collaborative sessions, refining their approach to ensure more efficient student support and accurate information distribution. General enquiries from walk-in students relate to curriculum choices, funding, exams and application status.
