Below you will find all the necessary steps to complete your registration for the conference before 25 April 2025.

Step 1: Complete the Registration Form

All attendees and presenters are required to fill out the registration form. The form captures essential information needed to facilitate your participation in the conference. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete information.

Step 2: Payment of Conference Fees

Refer to the Fees page for detailed information on conference fees for both physical (in-person) and virtual attendance. Please ensure you select the correct category that applies to you (e.g., Student, Attendee, Presenter) and follow the payment instructions provided on the Fees page.

Step 3: Send Proof of Payment

After completing your payment, please email your proof of payment to dtsfl-itlc@unisa.ac.za. This is a crucial step to ensure your registration is processed and confirmed. Make sure to include your full name and contact information in the email to help us match your payment to your registration form.

Important Information

  • Please complete all steps in the registration process to secure your spot at the conference.
  • Ensure that you follow the instructions for payment closely, including using the correct payment reference, to avoid any delays in processing your registration.
  • Late registrations will not be accepted, so we encourage you to complete your registration and payment as soon as possible.
