Information on Abstracts

  • Abstracts for the conference must be submitted to dubetv@unisa.ac.za and luthulp@unisa.ac.za.  
  • Best accepted full papers will be considered for the special issue in Mousaion: South African Journal of Information Studies.
  • To ensure that your paper is published as a research output, the full paper must be submitted by 05 December 2026. Please note that it cannot be uploaded to the Mousaion before presentation. Qualifying authors will be notified, and an appropriate link for submission will be provided.
  • Submitted papers should be limited to 7 000 words or approximately 25 pages in length.
  • Please use the Chicago Manual of Style referencing. Manuscripts must be presented as: A4 pages; normal margins; 12pt Times Roman; 1.5 line spacing.
  • Please clearly indicate the category of your paper on the title page.
