Governance and Operations
The Unisa Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Trustees that plays an advisory role in shaping effective fundraising strategies and mechanisms. This board has the authority to represent the university and solicit financial support on its behalf.
Our Team
Supporting the Board of Trustees is a dedicated Unisa Foundation team. They manage the relationship between Unisa and its donors, initiate and participate in ventures to raise funds, and procure contributions to support Unisa’s strategic goals and projects. Additionally, the team is responsible for administering, managing, and growing the funds and assets of the Unisa Foundation.
