Step 1: Complete the Registration Form

All attendees and presenters are required to complete the online registration form. The form captures essential details to facilitate your participation in the conference. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.

Step 2: Payment of Conference Fees

Refer to the Fees page for detailed information on conference fees for both in-person and virtual attendance. Please ensure you select the correct category (e.g., Student, Attendee, Presenter) and follow the payment instructions carefully.

Step 3: Send Proof of Payment

Once your payment has been made, please email your proof of payment to dtsfl-itlc@unisa.ac.za. This step is essential to confirm your registration. Please include your full name and contact details in the email to help us match your payment with your registration form.

Important Information

  • Ensure that you complete all steps in the registration process to secure your spot at the conference.
  • Follow the payment instructions carefully, including using the correct reference number to avoid processing delays.
  • Late registrations will not be accepted. Please complete your registration and payment before the deadline.
  • Accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee. Delegates are responsible for making their own arrangements.
