Loreal Tsiu is a dynamic, highly motivated creative, and seasoned telecommunications professional currently heading Vodacom Group Innovation. As part of the Vodacom Group Strategy and Innovation function, she leads the team that serves as a center of excellence on Innovation strategy, providing the tools, processes, frameworks, and governance around Innovation supporting eight Vodacom markets and Vodafone. 

In this role, she focuses on driving innovation culture, expanding ideation success, building the Innovation Academy, and supporting the implementation and scaling of ideas across the Vodacom Group. With over 13 years of experience in Vodacom, her role in Innovation is by far the most exciting and fulfilling part of her journey in Vodacom.
