Online Invigilation for 2021 Examinations

Unisa will be invigilating its modules for the September – November 2021 online examinations. Students are requested to adequately prepare themselves prior to their examinations by doing the following:

1. Check if your module is invigilated on Access the List of Invigilated Modules
2. Determine which invigilation tool will be used for your module.
3. Watch training videos and refer invigilation guidelines as part of your preparations for your online examinations.
4. Complete the mock exams included in the invigilation guidelines
5. Training on Invigilation software is scheduled 8 September 2021 at 17:00 – 19:00, Click here to join. Unisa will circulate training videos for those who are unable to attend.

Please note: The Invigilator App QR code is available for activation 15 minutes before and after the official start time of the examination. Students may activate their invigilation within the 30 minutes allowable time. Students who are late in activating their invigilation will not be invigilated and will be subjected to examination rules. Visit module sites for additional information.

Please note students who have not utilised the invigilation tools will be regarded to have transgressed examination rules and will be subjected to disciplinary processes.

Students who are incarcerated are excluded from invigilation. They should log invigilation exceptions by calling +27(0)11 471 2433.
