The conference welcomes academic papers from a broad range of disciplines, including the natural sciences. Both country case studies and macro-analyses on a continental and global scale are invited. Since the organisers also want to reach out to policy-makers and contribute to practical change, authors are encouraged to consider policy and practical implementation in their analysis.
No per diem allowance will be paid. The final version of the accepted papers will be considered for publication in an edited volume at a later date.
Abstracts will be reviewed by a Review Panel and abstracts which meet the criteria will be selected. Each abstract will be reviewed for acceptance against the following criteria:
Abstracts must include the name(s) of author(s), institution(s) and email address(es)
Abstracts are to have a maximum of 300 words and full papers between 6000 and 8000 words.
Submission of abstracts: Friday 14 April 2017
Submission of full papers: Friday 30 June 2017
