Purpose statement:
TThe SLP will also help leaders to understand the new disruptive context in which these capabilities now need to be applied in order to survive and thrive. The world is changing faster than ever and is constantly being reshaped by industrial revolutions that are powered by exponential advances in technology. As a result, the business landscape in South Africa and beyond is evolving quickly towards becoming digital-by-default (driven largely by changes in customer behavior coupled with opportunities for growth and efficiency provided by exponentially evolving technology). In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic and the unprecedented upheaval of the global status quo has further accelerated the shift towards digital everything and to new ways of working.
The programme will empower the leadership team to better understand this change so that they are better informed and equipped to deal with the disruption and to harness its potential to drive technology-led innovation across the businesses. The short course is designed help participants to connect with and unleash their true potential as effective leaders in thought provoking and empowering ways.
A byproduct of the experience will be an improvement in the digital quotients of participants so that they are better able to sense, interpret and lead in authentic and transformative ways.
