Caroline Matenchi, Unisa’s Biomedical Science student and inventor of an Agricultural Smart Sensor, has been accepted into the UK Future Female Business School Accelerator Programme. Unlocking Unisa's innovative ideas
Unisa, as an entrepreneurial university, launched the Directorate of Innovation, Technology Transfer and Commercialisation's (DITTC) Pre-Incubation Programme in 2020. Unisa innovators awarded European patent for ground-breaking invention
The College of Science, Engineering and Technology’s Prof Vijaya Vallabhapurapu from the Department of Physics and Prof Patrice Umenne from the Department of Electrical Engineering were recently granted a European patent for their invention which will have a significant impact in the fields of quantum computing and medical imaging.
