Purpose statement:
On completion of this programme, managers, corporate secretaries and decision makers will have the ability to respond appropriately to the changing environment in which business is being conducted. More specifically, the programme will give students insights into integrating holistic thinking with the organisationメs functional aspects, from a strategic perspective. Students will have the ability to comprehend the intricacies of corporate finance and its importance to the organisation. Students will have an understanding of the effect of legislation on the management function of the organisation and how to respond to these changes. Without risk, the organisation will not be able to survive or remain competitive, and this programme will help students comprehend risk and its impact on the organisation and the management of risk.
