Short Biography
Mr Warren Govender is a Junior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering, at the University of South Africa. Mr Govender holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and he is currently pursuing a MEng degree at the University of South Africa.
