Laboratory Equipment

The state-of-the-art Chemistry laboratories are adequately equipped with entry level to cutting-edge pieces of analytical equipment for modern-day student training and to support research in various sub-fields of chemistry and applied disciplines. In addition to several UV-Vis spectrophotometers for undergraduate student training, the department is equipped with pieces of analytical equipment for routine access by students and staff, some of which are illustrated below in figure 1 to 11:
