Distinguished speakers of the 2024 International Teaching and Learning Conference unveiled
Preparations for the highly anticipated 2024 International Teaching and Learning Conference that will take place at the picturesque Muckleneuk Campus in Tshwane, Gauteng, South Africa, from 6 to 10 May are reaching a crescendo. As the global education community gears up for this transformative event, the spotlight is on an illustrious line-up of keynote speakers and panellists set to enrich the discourse on open distance and e-learning (ODeL), focusing on the Global South and Africa dynamics.
In a significant development for the conference, a line-up of esteemed keynote speakers and panellists has been unveiled. These distinguished speakers and panellists will bring diverse perspectives and insights to the forefront. Here is a glimpse of the luminaries who will enrich the discourse on higher education in the context of Global South and Africa with their knowledge and expertise.

Submission deadline for abstracts extended
In response to the overwhelming interest and to accommodate more perspectives, the deadline for submitting abstracts for the conference has been extended to 20 March 2024. Educators, researchers, practitioners and students globally are invited to seize the opportunity to share insights, research findings and innovative practices under the theme "Charting new frontiers and new perspectives: advancing teaching, learning and student support in higher education in the Global South".
