| Purpose: This module will be useful for anybody working in the short-term insurance industry which requires a basic knowledge of claims management. The purpose of the module is to equip students with the necessary competencies (knowledge, values and skills) to explain, discuss, analyse and assess the fundamental concepts, principles and processes of claims management, with special reference to short-term insurance policies.
