This module draws from a variety of literature on Ethical Decision Making which covers knowledge, skills and values that each successful leaders need to appreciate as they navigate their way in the modern-day organisations. Our syllabus will cover amongst others the following topics in an integrated set of lessons, discussions sessions, projects that will follow a problem-based approach and case studies:
1. Building Trust in an organisation
2. Leadership and Ethics (Models of ethical Decision)
3. Ethic codes and Frameworks
4. Ethics within the Self-Mastery and organisational transformation
5. Dealing with Ethical Dilemmas |
