| Purpose: To focus on basic organisational behaviour in an educational organisation and will explore ways in which learners can be equipped to create an environment in which effective teaching and learning can take
place. The module will examine the performance of organisational behaviour competencies in ways that are legal and democratic and which demonstrate responsiveness to changing circumstances and needs. The context is the South African education and educational legal system that are characterised by diversity and a large developing world sector. |
