| Purpose: This module draws from a variety of literature on governance which covers knowledge, skills and values that each successful leader needs to appreciate as they navigate their way in the modern-day organisations. Our syllabus will cover amongst others the following topics in an integrated set of lessons, discussions sessions, projects that will follow a problem-based approach and review of relevant case studies:
