Purpose: Content:
This module draws from a variety of literature on governance which covers knowledge, skills and values that each successful leader needs to appreciate as they navigate their way in the modern-day organisations. Our syllabus will cover amongst others the following topics in an integrated set of lessons, discussions sessions, projects that will follow a problem-based approach and review of relevant case studies:

3. Taxonomies of governance systems
4. Composition of boards and their roles of the board
5. Managing conflicting interests with the organisations

8. Need for organisational sustainability
9. Reporting function within the organisation
