| Purpose: The purpose of this module is for students to gain an informed understanding of the primary factors of tourism management, including the history of tourism. Students will be able to demonstrate an awareness of how demand for tourism evolves within tourism management. Furthermore, students will have an informed understanding of the different aspects within the supply of tourism. Students will also be able to gather and collate information from a range of different sources to arrive at an informed understanding of demand and supply within tourism management and demonstrate sound practice of key skills. |
