Purpose statement
Qualifying students will be able to integrate conceptual, causal, procedural and contextual knowledge to manage ICT services in an organization. The formal qualification completes the undergraduate stream providing access to postgraduate studies. This aims to deepen applied knowledge of practicing service managers and supervisory staff in the industry. The industry in SA, Africa and globally will shift toward ICT services to be efficient integrated business processes, activities and performance.

Please note:
An appropriate Bachelor's Degree, or Advanced Diploma in IRM/ Computer Science /Information Systems/ ICT / or degree in Computing or related field at NQF level 7 with an average of 60% or more in the qualification.
Applicants who do not meet the admission requirements as indicated above may apply for admission through recognition of prior learning (RPL) provided they are at least 30 years old with a minimum of five years' current, relevant working and research experience in line with the approved qualification's RPL requirements. academic motivation offering evidence of your ability to study a postgraduate qualification, work experience relevant to the qualification and courses completed since graduating with the Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma.
These appeals will only be considered if the enrolment target of the qualification has not been met and/or additional enrolment spaces are available.
Pay the application fee of R150 once you've received your student number.
