Biography

Ofentse Ramphore holds a National Diploma and BTech degree in mineral surveying. He has acquired experience during an exposure period and practical training from 2013 and 2016 at Anglo American Platinum Mines. Ofentse joined Unisa in 2020 as a junior lecturer and is currently enrolled in a master’s degree programme at University of Johannesburg. His research focuses on an adaptive cut-off grade for the value optimisation of positively skewed ore reserves.

Mr OC Ramphore is committed to supporting students in the best way possible to ensure that effective teaching and learning take place.
