Thomas Edison State University and the University of South Africa (UNISA), one of the largest distance learning universities in the world, have renewed and expanded an international partnership agreement. The partnership aimed at making provision for credit transfer between the two institutions and assisting graduates of UNISA, who typically earn a three-year undergraduate degree, in enrolling at Thomas Edison State University to complete a four-year bachelor’s degree. The agreement also called for international collaborations designed to attend to the public policy and public service needs of both institutions.
