Purpose: The module will equip students with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and competencies to analyse and critically evaluate legal material (in light of the right to just administrative action and the broader mandate of transformative constitutionalism) to formulate legal arguments and to apply their knowledge to practical problems that arise due to requirements for just administrative action. The module is based on the practice of law, current research, legislation and case law with the emphasis on the transformation imperative embedded in the Constitution.
Student accredited with this module will be able to apply the principles of administrative law to solve disputes.
