| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to equip students with advanced technical knowledge for determining common engineering principles about work measurement, method study, ergonomics and workstation improvement principles and techniques. The students should be able to carry out a workplace improvement study and use the results in designing or redesigning a workstation, develop teams and incentive schemes to ensure synergy for productivity improvement. |
