| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to develop students' ICT competency skills which would enable them to face the diverse educational leadership and management needs. This module is again suitable for those students who wish to gain deeper knowledge and skills on how to efficiently and effectively engage ICTs in educational leadership and management context. The module promote and develop the dispositions and competencies of students to make use of appropriate ICT's to enhance teacher engagement in managerial tasks. The module will equip the student with the ICT skills and knowledge necessary to contribute to the creation of an environment for an effective and successful school. |
