| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to equip students with advanced competencies in Auditing, integrating technical auditing skills, ethical and professional standards, and certain accounting principles. Upon successful completion, students will demonstrate the ability to critically engage with auditing practices and theories, applying them to real-world scenarios. They will be able to evaluate, synthesise, and apply advanced data analytics, auditing tools, and techniques in a professional context, exhibiting ethical decision-making, effective communication, and leadership. Additionally, students will develop a deep understanding of the pervasive skills necessary for professional practice in auditing, enabling them to solve complex problems and contribute to the field at an advanced level. |
