| Purpose: Students who want to gain a deeper conceptual understanding of South African Law and in particular South African Environmental Law and Law Enforcement. Students credited with this module are able to apply and discuss the history and development of environmental law, apply basic environmental law enforcement techniques and be familiar with the South African court processes and procedures. Students will gain a fundamental knowledge in terms of general administration and management in managing protected area.
