| Purpose: The purpose of this module is to empower learners with the competencies (knowledge, values and skills) necessary to optimally utilise Entrepreneurship as a way to economic wealth and growth. Learners will be empowered with the necessary competencies such as knowledge, values and skills to be entrepreneurial at different of management in a corporate environment. Successful learners will be able to act as change agents, ensuring that business entities not only have the competitive edge through new products, service and processes, but are also more effective and efficient. Entrepreneurial companies will contribute to employee satisfaction and retention. Learners credited with this module will have the ability to develop their entrepreneurial skills, so that they have the potential to become efficient and effective employees and managers in a business environment. |
