Purpose: Students will be able to engage in a scholarly debate about the economic history of the world and apply specialised knowledge of key terms, concepts and theories in the field to identify, analyse and solve problems in unfamiliar and relevant contexts. Students will be able to develop solutions based on evidence, apply scientific procedure and present cogent arguments in which they can reconcile conflicting opinions and formulate a logical conclusion concerning economic history of world economics.
