| Purpose: This module will be useful to students who are in the field of agriculture (plant and animal production), agricultural economics, animal health, agricultural development and extension, as well as students that are in the field of community nutrition, food security and community development/ facilitation. The purpose of this module is to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills of leadership and group dynamics that will enable them to explain behaviour change theories and indicate how they can be applied for community development purposes. Students are also equipped with the knowledge that will enable them to work with complex human interactions found in the extension ﾖ community relationships and identify appropriate strategies to solve their problems and meet their development needs. |
