| Purpose: The module will be useful to students who are in the field of agriculture (plant and animal production, agricultural economics, agricultural development and extension) as well as students who are in the field of community nutrition, food security and community development/ facilitation. The students credited with this module will be able to plan, design, implement, monitor and evaluate extension programmes/ projects. In contributing to effective extension programmes, the students will assist in empowering communities to improve their own economic and social welfare. |
