Purpose: This module will provide qualifying students with foundational knowledge of the dynamics and interactions between various stakeholders in the state. It will cover their rights and obligations, as well as the essential functions required for the provision of public services, including policy making, planning, personnel management, funding, and logistics. Upon successful completion of this module, students will be able to critically analyze and apply fundamental principles of public administration to real-world scenarios within the South African context.
