It will cover their rights and obligations, as well as the essential functions required for the provision of public services, including policy making, planning, personnel management, funding, and logistics. Upon successful completion of this module, students will be able to critically analyze and apply fundamental principles of public administration to real-world scenarios within the South African context. |
