| Purpose: This module develops and reinforces language skills as well as communicative competences of the student acquired during the first two levels of study. Students are further exposed to cultural and media aspects relating to Africa and Europe. The module tackles general language and the French civilization. This module aims to provide a broad understanding of the French language of the day-to-day communication settings. The student will be able to handle a conversation in writing and orally in French. The module will afford students the ability to engage in dialogue with French speaking interlocutors, write official letters and participate in an official interview in French. The student will be able to make use of advanced grammatical aspects in spoken and written language. |
