Purpose: The purpose of this module is to equip students with the knowledge and skills to access and use various information and communication applications to manage and access information aimed at ensuring effective and efficient service delivery. This module is intended for graduates, who hold a Bachelor's degree in any other field other than Information Science and who wish to develop their career in Library and Information Services (LIS). The use and access to several types of information technology applications and sources form an integral part of LIS environment.
