| Purpose: This module is intended for all people who are pursuing a career in the field of industrial and organisational psychology, including practitioners in the field of human resources. The purpose of learning in this module is to enable students to develop a solid knowledge base and sound understanding of the theory of individual differences from both international and African contexts; and its practical implications for work performance with the purpose of improving employee productivity and organisational effectiveness whilst improving graduateness and promoting transformation.
