Purpose: Students will be able to situate industrial psychological testing in its historical and theoretical context and apply relevant concepts, principles and tests to contemporary industrial psychological assessments. Students will be able to develop, apply and evaluate relevant instruments for socially responsible industrial psychological testing and produce professional and ethically sound reports.
