| Purpose: The aim of this module is to introduce students to the strategic fundamentals of analysing digital business transformation issues, to enable students to understand how digital advances are changing the landscape and capabilities of factories, and to discover how digital design and manufacturing make organisations and workers more competitive, agile, responsive and productive. The module introduces newer technologies of the fourth industrial Revolution to students to enhance their employability. Content will be Africanised to suit our local environment. |
