Purpose: The BTH Capstone module at UNISA is aimed at providing students with the skills to integrate insights and competencies learnt from various modules and disciplines into an integrated vision leading to a small-scale community project. It further prepares the students for a life of on-going theological learning and service, either through formal postgraduate study or through community engagement in the practice of ministry. o This module will help you complete your BTh study programme in a constructive way by combining what you have learnt from the various modules and disciplines into an integrated vision. o It will further enable you to take stock of your academic development in theology thus far and consider what steps you should take in future to grow further as a theologian. o Finally, it will benefit your community since you will use your theological insights and skills to design and carry out a small community project to address an issue that you have identified in your immediate vicinity.
