| Purpose: This module will explore the integration of systems and information by connecting technology, people and operating procedures to fulfil business requirements. It will focus on the analysis, design, automation and management of operational, management and business processes to be able to offer the product and service faster, at less cost and with higher quality by incorporating a digital workflow. This module extends theoretical courses by using simulated scenarios to demonstrate theoretical links of different business processes in operations management. |
